How to Book a NLV Appointment

 

Visa to reside in Spain without working or doing anything else for money, as long as the applicant can afford to live well. This visa does not grant permission to work.

Additionally to Book nlv appointment it requires:

The window will change. The full visa application must be filled out, signed, and submitted by each applicant.

Filling out a non-working residence visa application for the window will change. Before signing it, each candidate must completely fill out a copy of the form.

a visual. A recent color passport-sized photo that faces forward and isn't covered by any clothing, dark or reflective objects, or lenses that would mask the oval of the face.

A current, active passport. The original and a photocopy of the passport page containing the biometric data must be submitted. The passport must be at least one year old and have two blank pages. Passports that are more than ten years old cannot be accepted. 

Proof of financial capability. For the first year of their residence permit, the applicant must show they can afford to stay in Spain or that they have a reliable source of income for themselves and, if applicable, any accompanying family members. The applicant must submit both the originals and a copy of all supporting documents. The minimum amount required is 400% of Spain's Public Multiple Effects Income Indicator. This amount shall include 100% of the IPREM for each family member under the applicant's care. Foreign documents must be legalized or apostilled, and if necessary, an official translation into Spanish must be produced. 

A certificate for a background investigation-If the applicant is of legal age, they must present both the original and a copy of the criminal record check certificate(s) supplied by their country or countries of residency for the last five years.
